Diversity is embraced by Citi Japan and the entire leadership team across our businesses as a strategic priority as well as a core aspect of our corporate responsibility.
Working actively with volunteers both within and outside of our organization, Citi is focused particularly in four key areas:

Nationality

Approximately 10% of Citi Japan employees come from 40 countries. Representative of our global business, Citi is an inclusive and international culture that supports Diversity efforts. Citi provides performance based culture with equal opportunities for all, regardless of race, nationality, religion, gender or sexual preference.
