We value Diversity as one of the pillars of our activities on corporate social responsibility.

Diversity is not only about nationality, but it is about creating an environment where differences are respected. Diversity, on the other hand, encourages different kinds of thoughts and ideas that can generate innovation.

Program - Diversity

Diversity requires a top-down and bottom-up approach to make real changes

  • Restarted in March 2005 with a new Diversity Council with activities run by a group of volunteers.
  • Continuous effort to promote Diversity and measure our progress so we can claim leadership.

Nationality

Our employee from 44 countries is working both exceeding the age, sexsual, the language, and the religion.
