What is Web Accessibility?

Web Accessibility ensures that content is available to all users including older people, people with disabilities and those unfamiliar with computers, and is designed to be easy to use.

Our approach to Web Accessibility

We aim to design this site to meet Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) established in June 2004, "IS X8341-3 Guidelines for older persons and persons with disabilities - information and communications equipment, software and services - Part3: Web Content".

Changing Your Browser Text Size

This site allows you to change the size of the text on screen to suit your preferences. You can scale a font to a desired size by using zoom buttons (3 sizes).

Appropriate color contrast

This site has appropriate color contrast between background and foreground colors to ensure text is clear and easy to read.

We use three types of icons in this site, as shown below. Each icon indicates a link to other page and has a specific function.
